Get creative .. what opportunities are around your town?

Do you have an industrial park site near where you live?
go ask around at the industrial park and see if anyone has anything you can do. (and as a practical matter, loose the "easy money" bit!)
snot reel! There is NO easy money!
You will have to work, but the trick is to find something that you can do that you like, and will earn some bucks. I know a guy with a degree in Music, but he repairs cars for a living because he likes the work.

1. park carts at grocery store. lots of stores have carts where you have to insert coins etc… many people just leave the carts without taking the money back.

2. news paper or flyer delivery or talk to one of your friend who is a paper boy and do the delivery for them and give half to them and you take half. that way he can earn money by letting you work. my friend did this when i was young but in the end i ended up being a paper boy. great job and good money when you are young.

3. ask an adult for some suggestions. i am sure they can help you find something.
